Here is a conversation I had right before dinner with William tonight.
He had just come in from playing outside, without socks in Crocs....sticky, damp, mud coverd feet...yuck!

Me: William you are dirty.

W: Where?

Me: All over, you need a bath.

W: I'm not dirty.

Me: Look at your feet they are nasty. Your face and hands are covered in dirt, you need a bath.

(William now looks down, and pulls up his shirt to show me his tummy.)

W: Well "LOOK" Moma my belly button is clean!

He was right it was clean, but that was all that was clean. Off to the bath he went..... you got to love the thoughts and conversations with a 4 year old. Children are a gift dirty or clean!!!!

Too sweet. I love it when they come in from playing outside, it's the only time I can convince them they need a bath!!

I love your new header! What a beautiful family.

Wasn't it Lewis Carrol who said, "A boy is a noise with dirt on it." I tend to agree. They don't seem to be able to stay clean. It's as if the dirt just jumps onto them.

That's great. There are a couple of two year olds that can actually have conversations with me...well, kind of. They have me in stitches!
