This is a picture of Arthur and I Christmas morning 2007, we were very happy to be celebrating Christmas with our family. (can you believe I posted a picture of us, we don't like our pictures being made) I felt the expressions on our faces were very fitting for this post.
Arthur's colonoscopy went GREAT, he was all clear!!! Praise be to the LORD! This is a first ever, each time they have always found something. Thank you all so much for your support and prayers, what a mighty God we serve!
Arthur won't have to go back for 2 years for another colonoscopy, this is the longest stretch yet. We are truly counting our many blessings. He will still continue to go every 6 months to have his CEA levels checked, this is to help detect any new cancer cells. He still has a few more test ahead mainly for the spots on his liver, but we are feeling very optimistic at this point ( guess I should say I'm feeling optimistic, because Arthur ALWAYS is optimistic)
As for the insurance battle that's still up in the air. I hope to hear something by Tuesday, because Arthur has more test Wednesday. We'll have to see how it goes and then decide if we should reschedule the appointment. In this area we could still use the prayers. I'll keep you informed.
Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
