Thanksgiving has come and gone, but the thankfulness we have in our hearts doesn't just surface one day out of the year in November. We feel so unbelievably blessed 365 days a year in good times and bad. The top of our thankful list is for Christ our Lord and Savior, and from the there the list goes on. Now 2009 held a few new blessings and things to be thankful for like....

Our Little Turkey, Miss Ruth Ella who wasn't sure about being part of our Thanksgiving dinner.

"Little Turkey...who's a Little Turkey"????

Really we all think she's so sweet we could eat her up ;0
Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that the Lord, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves.
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
Psalms 100

I worked with a lady while in college and she'd always so things like "oh I could just eat that baby up" and honestly - I never really understood - until I had kids!!!!
