Christmas in July?!

Christmas and crafting are on our minds :)

This past weekend our family did a bit of celebrating. We had a little Christmas in JULY! Last year was our first year to celebrate Christmas in July, you can go HERE
to see what we did. This year we changed things up, we got the whole family involved and we had a blast!

First there was lots of baking to be done.....

The aroma of warm cookies filled the house.........

There was gathering and creating.....

Pressing the material ....

And sewing........

Some computer work.....

Designing the cards......

Almost finished.....

Now it was time to fill the crafted bags with homemade cookies, peppermint candy, and tea.

After all the bags were filled and tagged, it was time to go and deliver them.

We had some sweet fellowship with family and friends we don't get to see often. Our family had a wonderful time, and we are looking forward to next year!

For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11

What a fun time. So basically you will have Christmas twice this year. How cool is that!

How wonderful!! Fun for all your family involved in the project and fun for all the blessed recipients! I think this is a great idea for witnessing to neighbors!
