Loving Life....

Looking out the windows of our house this week,
these are some of the views we have been enjoying.
The blessings of God's amazing colors painted across all of nature......

In the past 2 weeks 11 out of 13 in our family have been sick...
today was the first day in 2 weeks we have had a home that is fever free.
Arthur was the last one sick, and today he seems to be on the path to well!

In sickness the world and life just keep moving right along.
I have a long list of "to do's" that I just haven't had time for like...
*return a few emails
*blog MANY things
*make a few phone calls
*write a couple of letters

*work on several Christmas projects
*Oh the list goes on blah blah blah..

But here are the things I have done in the past couple of weeks...
*Cuddled littles
*given medicine
*read story books

*taken temperatures
*listen to Cd's
*wiped noses
*listen to my children's stories/dreams
*made LOTS of hot tea
*talked of the Lord and His Word
*taken pictures
*made bread
*said "COVER your MOUTH when your COUGH"

And last but not least...
* I have done a whole lot of PRAYING!!!!!

Now I see that I may have lots on a "to do" list
I also see that in the mix of all this crazy yucky sickness
I was given some very special time with my kiddos and hubby!
And for that I'm thankful.....

So, even with sickness...
what's not to love about life????

Loving Life...
is a choice!

What a blessing to be given another day,
to open our eyes to the beauty all around us
in nature and people!

Thank you Lord!!!!

So, right! So, true! A great reminder to savor the essence of EACH and EVERY day! Choosing to give thanks and purposing to rejoice even in the midst of trial! God is good all the time, all the time, God is good! :)

So glad everyone is on the mend! And your right, we can choose to love life no matter our circumstances! Love to you all :)

Beautifully put. Choosing to give thanks rather than complain! It's during those trying times that our true faith is shown, it's beautiful when you can praise him during the hard times!
I am so glad they are getting better!
The trees are beautiful around there. Looks like color has come your way :)
